We handcraft and source all of our products with great care and minor variations in the colour, print or finishing may occur as our products are crafted by hands of artisans which reflect their unique touch. These variations are not considered defects but are the part of the uniqueness of our products.
2. Products and Pricing
Our prices are in Indian Currency (Indian Rupees) and GST and Shipping charges are included in the price unless stated otherwise in the case of Domestic shipping. Shipping charges are not included in the case of International orders. We reserve the right to change product description, price of the products or availability of the products at any time without prior notice. Photographs of the products are for reference purpose. Actual colours of the products may vary slightly due to the lighting and display settings. We reserve the right to discontinue the service without any notice at any time.
3. Orders and Payments
Orders are confirmed after the successful payment only through the secure payment gateway Payment modes offered by us are UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets. We reserve the right to cancel any order because of unavailability of the product, payment related issues or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship our products globally using trusted courier partners. Estimated time for delivery for shipping in India is 5-7 Business days and 8-12 days in the case of International shipping. This time may vary depending on your location. Delays can be faced in delivery of the products due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, strikes, weather conditions or natural calamities) which are not in our control. We request you to provide accurate shipping details. We will not be responsible for delays or losses suffered because of the incorrect address.
5. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
We do not accept exchange or return except in the case of physically damaged products or in the case of missing items. Few of our products may have irregularities and variations as the products are crafted by hands of artisans which reflect their unique touch. These imperfections are not flaws. They are contributing to the uniqueness and charm of the product. Please note there may be variation in colour due to photography lights and the device used for viewing. Please check detailed description of the products. In case of receiving a product with damage, a video recording of unboxing is needed within 24 hours after the delivery of the product. We will initiate the replacement or refund after the quality check of the product is done. Refund will be initiated within two days after the product has passed quality check process to the original source of payment. It may take 3-10 days to reflect the money in your bank account. Exchange product will be shipped within 5 business days after the product has passed quality check process. Product should be unused and unwashed with original packaging, labels and tags intact while returning. In case product is found to be used, washed, altered or damaged, it will not be eligible for exchange or return. Please check the product before accepting at the time of delivery to avoid receiving damaged product. We request you to not accept the order in case the damaged delivery and provide us an image.
We do not offer exchange or return option for customised and international orders. Sale items are not eligible for exchange or return. We do not offer exchange or return for the purchase made with a third party. We accept exchange or return for products with physically damaged purchased directly from our website only.
