Damage Policy

In case of receiving a product with damage, a video recording of unboxing is needed within 24 hours after the delivery of the product. This video will help us in understanding the cause of concern. We will initiate the replacement or refund after the quality check of the product is done.Refund will be initiated within two days after the product has passed quality check process to the original source of payment. It may take 3-10 days to reflect the money in your bank account. Exchange product will be shipped within 5 business days after the product has passed quality check process.

Product should be unused and unwashed with original packaging, labels and tags intact while returning. We will arrange reverse pickup for the products eligible for exchange or return free of cost. In case of non-availability of reverse pickup service, due to the location, we will request you to courier the product back to us and we will compensate you 100 Rupees per product. In case product is found to be used, washed, altered or damaged, it will not be eligible for exchange or return. Please share the unboxing video on support@houseofsiblings.com and we will revert back within 2 business days. Our Customer care team will share reverse pickup details with you. Please keep the product to be returned ready in unused, unwashed and unaltered condition. Please check the product before accepting at the time of delivery to avoid receiving damaged product.
